Is Obsession (2026) Movie Any Truth To It?
Yes, rather manipulation, drugs or complete gaslighting, psychologically, people can be triggered into things they might not actually love, resulting in a false sense of reality.
This could trigger a very light “psychosis” and create a “craze”, instagram and other socials know this and prey upon the youth and society. Triggering content and pulling people into things they never knew they would be overly interested in.
Makes you winder about millionaires etc stating they don’t let their children use the internet devices to much in the day.
Maybe: sugar, bad instagram content, dopamine killing ways, ADHD producing methods, is deteriorating our life style. And what if there is ways to trigger it?
Brief (if you haven’t watched the movie yet): It’s a fun ride.
No matter the negative things I said about the movie, it’s a cool movie to watch and I love certain parts, even the ones i saw coming.

Dude the billion dollars…
The dude reaction of things pissed me off, lol. But i blame the writing for that, too easy of a route, BUT… I do give credit of making it up in other parts. Fav scene is when she was walking and talking backwards, deff a dope part. Horrible rape scene, and him end up being the monster, he kept her like this instead of changing it.
The ending where he taken the pills and as he’s dying, you can hear the wood snap from the “One Wish Willow”, she was using this for him to be in love with her, thus why he walked out the bathroom in loved with her. How ever this fails because he dies in her arms, as she snaps back into reality. Crying to her reality she was left with…
