Lucy (2014) Movie Review
Watchable, but isn’t what the hype is. Concept very interesting.
Summary of Lucy (2014) Movie Review:
- Mainstream Viewer: For the very casual person/kids maybe even boomers, they might find it amusing, sometimes confusing and a tad bit unsettling.
- Watchable?: Disclosure Day is a amateur movie and for someone of Steven Spielbergs “fame”, is unacceptable and should give a clue to a real disclosure your not seeing. For someone who hasn’t been caught up onto the mainstream writing (hollywood insiders), it could be entertaining, for someone tired of the “Hollywood” troupe, they might find it to SUCK, but… Worth a watch.
- Hollywood Insider?: Yes! – Pretty much catches everyone up, but for the UFO nerd they could eat it up (muddying the UFO forms even more), for the UAP nerds, could find this waste of time. For the sheeple/people, could be the disclosure they needed, hidden truths in plain sight (Predictive Programming/Hidden Tech and higher society world.)
Specific rating for the movie, this allows the movie to have a chance to have a non-bias view, but also keeping my word to the potential viewer that they wont be let down.

Hollywood Insider Rating: 9.8/10
Yes: (Perfectionist) League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. The Hollywood inside is, we very much can tap into our brains; it will only take mass effect after it becomes the norm for society.

Yes, rather drugs or higher consciousness, something they are not telling us.
Brief (if you haven’t watched the movie yet): It’s a fun ride. No matter the negative things I said about the movie, it’s a cool movie to watch and I love the parts about our brain being a super being.

Sum parts cheesy and story isn’t the greatest.
Bad Parts? Love you Scarlett, but hate how the production companies try to force her sex-appeal — it comes off corny and forced.
Rating/Review
Editor’s Choice — Development — ★★★★: Great graphics, everything mostly looked real.
- Staging/Scenery 89.9% · Costume Design 88% · VFX/SFX 95%
Production — ★★★: Besides that, a few more corny parts and sum boring parts that’s kind of like “oh that wouldn’t happen” or “what’s going on in this movie right now” — kinda brings you out of the movie and makes you wonder if the movie was rushed. Love the science talks.
- Script 82.9% · Direction 74.9% · Editing 95%
Casting/Acting — ★★★.8: Can’t go wrong with Morgan Freeman. I love Scarlett, but her acting in certain parts that the director chooses can make her seem very cringe. I think it was genius to use her as the lead — it’s a nerd movie and needs sum appeal. Perfect A-list person around the time is Scarlett, so genius cast selection, but the guy could have been different or at least less important — but hey, maybe I’m just jealous.
- Cast Selection 98.9% · Acting 100% · Chemistry 86.7%
Sound Design — ★★★★: Foley: Great—no noticeable issues. Sound Effects: Pretty solid overall. None of the voices sounded muffled, and the audio mix was excellently mixed with the vocal audio.
- Voice to Effects Mix Ratio 95.7% · Original Composer 97% · Soundtrack 85%

Lucy (2014) Movie Key Points
Over All Message: Being a perfectionist is good, just know it’s impossible. It’s not about aiming to be perfect, but having a perfect balance.
Key Take Away: If you have the option to do good, do it and have a guide for it. Whatever power you harness to change the world for the better, make the change for better, then destroy whatever tech there is, because someone evil could take that and misuse it.
Why is it Worth Watching? It’s a cool movie to watch for date night or something. It’s just not Avengers-level threat.
